Job requirements of HGV Livestock Driver:
  • To provide holiday cover for CCFN livestock drivers
  • To transport livestock around the UK
  • Have a good understanding and passion for animal welfare
What you will need:
  • C + E (CLASS 1) Licence
  • Willing to do early mornings and have nights out
  • Previous experience preferred but training can be given to suitable applicant
  • Flexible attitude to work
  • Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Current CPC
Pay and benefits:
  • Salary – £158.80 per day
  • Pension – 3% employer contributions/5% employee contributions
  • Discounted sharescheme after 1 years’ service at December

This is a full-time vacancy to cover holiday all year round for livestock drivers and the occasional fridge lorry driver. Please note that as this is holiday cover you will not drive your own lorry.
