Class 1 HGV Driver (Nights) - SH Recruitment £16-18 p/h
We are currently looking for 3-4 Class 1 drivers based out of Coventry working on behalf of our customer 5/6 Days per week depending on rest periods
This role can be up to 4 deliveries part of the deliveries may be refrigerated and the driver is required to deliver and unload to tail lift.
So please be aware some handball will be required in this role this is not a Trunking role.
Start times between 0000 – 0300 on normally Sunday – Thursday basis.
Although our customer is flexible to attract the correct candidates
Training will be provided and depending on experience you will shadow a driver on a current route ensuring you are comfortable with the role and the completion of paperwork required.
You must hold
UK Driving Licence with a CAT CE Entitlement
Full valid CPC & Digi Card
You will be interacting with both our client as well as well as customer so a good level of English is required both written and verbal
No more than 6 points for Minor offences
PAYE Rates (Plus Holiday)
£17 per hour Monday – Thursday
£19 per hour Friday
£20 per hour Sunday
This is not a seasonal role this is work available throughout the year
