The review platform allows the driver to create a login and leave a review of the truckstop they last stayed at. In the review the driver can leave a star rating on Hygiene facilites, food, security and value for money.
The overall reviews then gives a ranking and places each truckstop on a leaderboard which clearly shows which truckstops are performing well and which ones perhaps need to improve. The idea is that the truckstops will hopefully want to maintain a high ranking and thus improve the facilities they can offer for the HGV driver.
